I ordered a $400 exhaust system, when I received the package the box was essentially destroyed. The package had clearly been opened and repackaged horribly, with holes throughout the box. The contents of the package were damaged and essential parts were missing. When I reached out to the company they offered me a $25 dollar refund for my $400 purchase. This company is a scam, help spread the word to protect other innocent consumers.
Ordered a set of tow mirrors for my F150. There are two types of mirrors available depending on how the truck is equipped. You need a 22-pin harness adapter if you are using 22 pin mirrors with an 8-pin truck. The mirrors I ordered were 22-pin mirrors, thus needed the adapter harnesses, said to be included in my purchase. When the package arrived, the 22-pin adapter harnesses were nowhere to be found. Purchased headlights and got no tracking after 24 hours and when you try and call to see about it they hang up on you and if you write them an email they don't respond back to you for anything. They stole $126.99 from me and then when I filed a case with the bank it shows another number for a DNA Motoring company and when you try to talk to them gets no where no one ever answers the phone or even gets back with you either. This is a joke as a company NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LOW LIFE PEOPLE!!
Purchased headlights on August 30, 2020, have not received them, called repeated numbers, phone is answered and put on recorded music for four minutes and then disconnects. They stole $116 from me. Do not do business with CA auto parts.
Money wasted. Bought tail lights that burned out in 3 weeks. Sent an email immediately. GOT NO RESPONSE. Sent others, tried to call many times with all ending with a hangup. Do NOT buy from these terrible thieves. They should be in jail for theft and false advertising. What they call customer service only got back to me AFTER the 1 month warranty to inform me I was past the warranty. What complete and total douchebags.. Hope they all die untimely painful deaths.
