They are a joke! I ordered headlight assemblies and ***** lost them. Try calling them and they just hang up on you every 10 minutes of holding. SCAM!
100% crap!!!! ordered new headlamp, taillamp assemblies also new headlamps...headlamp assemblies came broken. the taillamp assemblies came without the pigtails.. sent them multiple emails!!! called them countless times, never got a response at all..... buyer BEWARE!!!!
Company is horrible, ordered a header kit and exhaust for my 2006 GMC ******* needless to say they do not fit. Contacted customer service. They said that basically they will offer me $30. And I cannot return them if the box has been opened. I asked if they sell a set that fit the vehicle that they are advertising. Been arguing for the past week and have asked for a managers number numerous times. I 100% will be taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service do not recommend
Ordered headlights with blinkers as a package..... Bottom line one is defective and will not stay in place..... I sent them a video and a picture as requested and was denied Satisfaction. Won't send me a new blinker told me that I have to remove all the lights ...repack to ensure they won't get damaged on return....... Which should not be my problem.. They were defectives when I got them.....they want me to send them back wait for them to clear inspection and then they will send me new ones or within a few days they'll retur... read more

After I got headlights and got them installed they lasted two months, before the seal broke.Those headlights were almost $700.The company said I can't return them because the return period is over. I purchased a set of headlights from this company for a truck I keep in the garage. In less than 5 months the headlights are leaking and fogging up. I have only put around 1500 miles on the the truck and only driven it in the rain 2-3 times since I installed the headlight. If the parts are defective they will do nothing to get it or anything resolved. Left a review on the website weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up on the website. A purchase of settle headlights from them, One of the led bars doesn't turn on. I ordered directly from their website so I called to return and they said I have to go to eBay I'm processor return even though I don't have a account with them through eBay. I've been left in the loop and $180 out of my pocket lost
I would never recommend this business to anyone, they have a scammed return policy and cannot even return defective items even though it says items can be exchanged. Their customer service is even worse they completely ignore emails and have no interest in helping customers, I personally believe this company needs to be looked into by The BBB. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE
Honestly I dont understand the many bad reviews on here... I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2013 nissan cube and it came quick literally 0 issues... Now the only issue I had the box looked like it had been opened up several times and was duct taped together....
