Do yourself a favor and do not buy from CA auto parts. bought running boards that stated they would fit my truck, got the product they do not fit my truck contacted them they even state well it should fit your truck and thats like well they dont show them how they dont and they said that I could either ship it out or take a partial refund. Bought a part from CA auto parts and they delivered a completely wrong part which was for an entirely different make and model vehicle. Contacted customer service and they informed me that I had to pay for the shipping in order to return the part to them. Let them know we were not paying for return shipping to cover THEIR MISTAKE. Now, we have heard no response from them. We will be contacting our bank to dispute the charges from this scam company. I purchased some LED lights for my daughter for Christmas. When I was installing them, I noticed that they had a couple wires that were very random. I looked for installation instructions and there were not any in the box. I reached out to them to see if they could email me the instructions and the reply that I got was "As stated on most if not all of our items, descriptions installation instructions are NOT included, and professional installment is highly recommended." They can't be trusted , I bought a catalyst converter for my 2011 *** sorento sx , which suppose to be carb certified ,they matched it to my vehicle before sending it to me , i add it to my vehicle now its not clearing the smog since the part was not exactly matched as per smog station . I send then an email to re imbursement but they aid it's out of time and even if it were within time ,t he universal catalyst converter can't be removed and send it back since it supposed to be welded and they took advantage of it , so I wil... read more

Horrible service! My order wasnt placed and after a week of calling for update on order. Manager just gave me the runaround blaming the vendor. I called ************* havent received anything from their end. I called CA auto parts again & their solution was refunding me after wasting 1 week of chasing my order. Terrible business. & the part shows in stock..

Sent me a defective product, and now is taking extremely long to provide me with a refund. Will not let me know of any sort of update on my return unless I reach out to them and will not answer any phone calls. Do not buy or do business with them.

Sent the wrong part, then told me I had to pay the return shipping. On top of that, the customer service reps. I spoke with were very rude. Absolutely horrible experience.
