A purchase of settle headlights from them, One of the led bars doesn't turn on. I ordered directly from their website so I called to return and they said I have to go to eBay I'm processor return even though I don't have a account with them through eBay. I've been left in the loop and $180 out of my pocket lost
I would never recommend this business to anyone, they have a scammed return policy and cannot even return defective items even though it says items can be exchanged. Their customer service is even worse they completely ignore emails and have no interest in helping customers, I personally believe this company needs to be looked into by The BBB. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE
Honestly I dont understand the many bad reviews on here... I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2013 nissan cube and it came quick literally 0 issues... Now the only issue I had the box looked like it had been opened up several times and was duct taped together....

i ordered headlights from this company last december and unlike most peoples orders they did show up. Less than a year later however they are chipping turning yellow and fogging up. the blinker also went out on one side. Tried calling so many times and no response. DO NOT BUY

This company stole from my son. He ordered LED headlights and they came in broken. We have called several times to a non working number. I have emailed with no response, I have messaged on Facebook with no response. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!! THIS IS FRAUD AT ITS WORSE!!!!!!!!
If I could give it a -1, I would. I ordered from LED headlights for my Ford Escape. Paid $250 for the set. They were doing great until I noticed the driver's side one was fogging up and humidity is now stuck in there. It is a manufacturing defect since they didn't seal the the headlight well enough (my mechanic also confirmed this). So I contacted the company about a refund. This company is fraud, I bought head light paid $500 and it's defective...and when I call them it's saying number is not in use. Email them several times no reply. I would not buy anything from CA Auto parts never again...
