C4 Fitness is a welcoming place for all fitness levels. Initially, I had major reservations about going to this type of gym, especially considering I had not regularly exercised for over a decade. Mollie, the owner, is crazy amounts of friendly! She and I played email tag for several rounds before I decided to pull the trigger and join a class. C4 Fitness is a very welcoming gym, that has NASM Certified Trainers who are absolutely awesome at what they do!! I have worked out, and belonged to many gyms and fitness centers, and C4 Fitness is like no other!! C4 Fitness is clean and organized!! The Trainers are great at executing hard workouts!!
