Can we give more than 5 stars?? I've been coming to C4 for almost a year and can honestly say no two workouts have been the same! The trainers constantly mix it up and keep you guessing. The gym is the friendliest, most supportive one I've ever tried! It's uplifting and encouraging to walk in! Come and try it for yourself. Keep up the great work!
Not the gym for anyone looking for flexibility! Only have early morning and late evening classes guaranteed! All of the classes in between are canceled regularly. I had a great experience working out at (Skybound) C4 for several months. They soon relocated and started canceling all of the classes I had registered for. I ended up having to quit due to the cancelation of all of the afternoon and early evening classes, because it doesn't make sense to pay for a gym membership that I am not able to use.
