If we could give Zero Stars we would. We contacted this company to assist in collections on customer accounts that did not pay. We submitted multiple accounts over, we provided all contact information for customers (everything from phone numbers to email and mailing addresses) and in all the accounts we sent over. THEY DID NOTHING, they never called, mailed, or emailed any of our customers. The last customer we sent over to C2C Resources, we continued to reach out to them to try and collect because we knew C2C was not doing ... read more
