If we could give Zero Stars we would. We contacted this company to assist in collections on customer accounts that did not pay. We submitted multiple accounts over, we provided all contact information for customers (everything from phone numbers to email and mailing addresses) and in all the accounts we sent over. THEY DID NOTHING, they never called, mailed, or emailed any of our customers.
