This Business, C2C Resources, LLC is a very shady company. After tryinh to deal with the company that was owed for the services, they would not cooperate and discount for damaged items, they sent the account to collections with C2C. C2C, supposedly, could not process the credit card payment and insisted we do an ACH withrawal from the bank account. Obviously, we were not involved in the dispute you had with the creditor. Our client advised that they had no contact regarding damaged items...only that the money was past due. Additionally, we have to do what our clients want regarding how we take payments. Sorry for the confusion but rest assured there was no fraud.
We typically would use an attorney for our Corporate collections. The process took a long time with a high fee. We were introducted to C2C collection services through a buying group we are in and have been pleasantly surprised at the speed and success of their efforts. The cost of the monies they collect for us is respectful for what they do. We will no longer use an attorney for collections because we have just found the partner we needed for this service. ************

This company sent me a collection notice for almost $3400 dollars for a company that I do not own or have anything to do with. And when I called to confront them, all they said was oh we have the wrong person and hung up on me. It seems like they are fishing for money sending out false collections to people. They wouldn't even talk to me about how they got my info to send it to me
