We have since gave them more accounts which brought us more income than just writing off invoices as losses. ******************* at C2C Resources is attentive and responds to any issues your company may have. C2C has been Great! I use them as my credit resource and when needed collections! Rebecca Segnitz rsegnitz@c2cresources.com has been awesome to work with! What I like best is the approach and the Free Credit Checks on new and existing customer's!!!!!!!! Customer for life!

A collection agency is something you hire as a last resort to collect your debt. By the time you call one, you feel pretty much out of options. ************************* handled my issue and brought it to a great resolution. She stayed in constant contact with me and was always available to answer any questions I had. I was grateful for her help and happy with the results. C2C is like a powerful light switch - the moment you press that button, the light goes on and there is immediate power there. We signed up with C2C at the end of September 2022, and thus far all collections sent their way, were successful. Fast, efficient, and excellent communication. ****************** has represented many of my accounts for years. If there is anyone out there who can collect a balance that has went into delinquency, it is her. C2C Resources is an amazing company with many options for your collection needs. As a freelancer in any industry, you have very little recourse against a slow pay or even worse - no pay end client. Until now! C2C Resources offers a no obligation option that in my case was exactly what I needed to get my client's attention. They emailed my client a letter requesting payment within 10 days (again, with no financial obligation required from me) and if unpaid after those 10 days, the account would be turned over to C2Cs collection efforts. When they get paid, they pay us. I can only say great things about him and his company. They are professional and have helped me with my bad accounts.
