This company was very professional and knowledgable. I was told what was the issue regarding my roof. I was givin a estimate and the price was fair. Pictures were givin to me before the job even started. I decided to get the work done. Great work.. My roof is beautiful..

I was referred to this company by a close friend. When I called him, he was very knowledgable and professional. He came out to look at my issues with my roof. He told me exactly what was needed to be done. He took pictures of my roof before the work was done and after it was completed. He wrote me an estimate on the spot. The price was very reasonable. My roof is fixed and looks great. Thanks C. Williams Roofing, 2nd Generation.

DO NOT do business with this guy. He did a entire roof for me around $1800. What he failed to tell me that my drain pipe was too small. Also 30% of the roof was incomplete. He claimed he has a 15 year warranty. A few months later when when we had a big storm, I see a waterfall from the back of the roof. There was hundred of gallons of water settling on my roof. DO NOT Patronize this company!! I really don't know where to begin... I decided to hire this roofer after seeing his truck at a Home Depot/Lowes, boy did I make a mistake! Hired this roofer and gave Charles Williams 1/2 the money down to get started. He showed up a day or 2 later with a crew, tore off the old shingles and started working. Well one of the guys decided to place the ladder on the window and broke my newly installed window (never paid for it).
