Working with Parker to both sell and buy was such a true blessing. He was very responsive and always had (or would find) the answer to our many questions. He had such patience with us as we looked at quite a few homes before finding he right one. He also gave superb recommendations on small updates/changes for the home we needed to sell. His negotiating skills are spot on as well. We would highly recommend Parker!

Parker Broaddus was able to sell my house in record time after it had been on and off the market for 2 years. I had just about given up. His marketing skills are top notch. When I called Parker he came to look and gave us some valuable information specific to who our potential buyer might be and what it was that their age group was looking for. His suggestions on updates were simple and cost effective because one month later we received the first of several offers.

We were extremely with the way Parker handled the sale of our house in Morganton. The listing was very professional and showed the house in its best light. The best indication of how the sale was managed were the number of showings in a very short time and how quickly the house sold. We lived in a neighborhood where houses typically took about a year to sell. Ours sold in a couple of months.

Our experience with Parker could not have been better. Parker was always very responsive to our wants and needs. It did not take him long to really understand what we were looking for.
