Mike was awesome! He was willing to help with anything that needed to be done. He even helped with some yard work on the home we were trying to sell. He always kept me updated on showings. I can’t recommend Mike enough.
Suzanne is genuine, helpful, and on top of things. When we buy in the future, we will be getting up with her again as long as she's in business! We bought with a USDA loan, and in this market that's a tough one. She was constantly helping us find houses that were USDA compatible and flexible in moving around where we were looking to fit our budget and needs. We ended up buying like 45 minutes away from our original spot and she didn't seem to mind at all. I'm really grateful!
She was very helpful throughout the entire process. Very patient and knowledgeable and all around a very nice person. I highly recommend using her if you want to buy or sell a home!
Morganton-area expert! Michelle was quickly able to negotiate several repair issues at my desired property and close the purchase without a hitch. Her local resources are excellent and she was always responsive. Highly recommended!
Amy has been a joy to work with. From looking for a home to closing Amy was there for us. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If we ever look to purchase another home.....Amy will be our first choice.

This is untrue. I would never make an appointment with someone and not show up. I have never done this once in 5 years in real estate and never will. Never had appointment with this buyer. I dont even know this person and have had only 1 phone call contact with this buyer through a zillow call. Had one brief phone call with this person 2 months ago. Told her possibly we could arrange an appointment the following week, but no appointment was ever confirmed. Never heard from her since. Then a bad review months later.... when I... read more
