We will only use Shane Cook to buy and sell real estate in our area. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. If you need a realtor, Shane is the way to go. He worked with us through negotiations and kept us well informed. Anytime we had a question, he answered it the same day, within a few hours. I have known him personally for over twenty years, and I trust him and know that he has his clients' best interest at heart.

Shane is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple homes per day and was able to work around my work schedule. Once we found a home we liked, he put in the offer that night and we had a final price locked in by the end of the next day! He was able to save a bunch of money and set us up with a great home inspector and made sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
