I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
