Will this Dentist try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Absolutely Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really Does the provider's staff treat you well? Yes

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? No, I wasn't given any information about my procedure Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
