Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away
