Awful. Absolutely terrible. Sad!
Joel and Katie (building managers) are fantastic people. By far the best managers that I have had in this city. They will work quickly to resolve issues and always in the utmost professional manner. The building itself is always clean and despite being next to the interstate, surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside the units. My son and I will miss the firepit and the rooftop grill!
Sexually and verbally abusive staff (Alisa Smith, Teddy Akulu and Joel Shannon) do not recommend
This review gets five stars due to the building manager Jennifer Monen. Over the past 6 years of renting apartments in Los Angeles I've never had a manager personally care and work so hard for me. She truly cares for the tenants and treats her work as more than a job. Jennifer Monen has always been candid and honest with me while being more than helpful and professional. I wish all my experiences with past building managers had been so easy. Thank you for making my stay at C on Pico so great.
