I've called C&M for 14 years, since they fixed a previous company's poor calibration. They always show up on time for a fair price. Most recently, they had someone out in less than 24 hours even during a deep freeze spell in the middle of winter. It was an easy fix, but regardless, they know their stuff and they've helped me keep what's now a 16 year old heat pump running efficiently and smoothly.
Great experiencing yet again! Kelly crawled under the crawlspace, identified the issue and resolved it. He even put pest guards on our AC unit.
