C&M is always responsive and sends the same tech to my home (which I appreciate bc he knows my units well). I also appreciate being given options to fix my units vs replacing them so I can make the best decision for my home.
A lot of back and forth for the sevice and then had to make a second appointment for the check up on our units. I had someone else come out and they fixed everything and did the check up in one trip.
