Kelly was polite, professional and efficient in diagnosing our cooling issue. Quickly determined our 12+ year old system was leaking freon. He talked us through repair and replacement options. We opted to replace, and eventually landed on C&M doing the replacement work after obtaining multiple quotes. Looking forward to a cooler house in a few days.
