Call multiple times no one answered their phone. If they answered they hung up on me. To me that is just bad business. I was just trying to order parts for a dryer.
We recently purchased a washer and had it delivered and the old one (recalled Samsung) hauled away. Their price was better than anyone else for the Speed Queen we chose. They were very professional, worked around my schedule, and got everything done in a timely manner. I didn't realize with the recalled washer I was supposed to keep the label with serial number to mail in to Samsung. My spare frig decided to pass away quietly this past weekend and I went to see them today to get a replacement. Not only was my choice on sale, but they also arranged to deliver it today! Brett delivered my new frig and was so helpful and was truly a lifesaver! I have a Valentine party this weekend and will certainly need a spare! Thank you C & M!
Have done business with them for decades. They made a mistake causing several thousand dollars in damage to my home. Turned in claim to their insurance company and now they refuse to service what I bought from them. "Find someone else to fix your problem." Part still under warranty.
I bought a dryer here about 14 months ago. I started having issues with it and even though my warranty was up they came out and fixed it free of charge! Awesome customer service! I will be buying my appliances here from now on and telling everyone about my great experience! Thank you!
Their staff was friendly not pushy at all and very helpful.
