So incredibly happy with C&M! Our fridge went out last night! Luckily they had several in stock. Not only did we buy it today it was also delivered today!
C&M was a lifesaver. My dryer caught on fire on a Saturday night and I messaged them on the off chance that they would be able to help me quickly. They responded almost immediately, gave me options they had available for me, and answered all of my questions. By Monday afternoon I had a brand new dryer installed. Their customer service goes above and beyond for people in need.
I got a very nice, brand new "scratch & dent" stack washer/dryer for a reasonable price. They delivered it to my house and discovered I had a weird set up in my laundry room (outlet & dryer vent locations, outlet type....) and Mark got it all set up for me. And he even showed me how to use both machines. Such great service! Happy customer alert! 😊
Bought a brand new whirlpool flat top stove, $400 at C&M and in the stores that same model would be $900! C&M said it had “scratches and dents” but literally there was NONE. Great service and price for the items they sell! Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
We have bought Appliances from C & M. Always friendly & help you find what you want. They installed our new washer & dryer & hauled away our old ones no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them.
I would not recommend this company to anybody they’re shady on how they do their business they don’t give everybody any details and then when you got a problem and you take their worthless parts back to them they charge you 40% restocking fee if you decide to use them use them at your own risk but I wouldn’t recommend these clowns the nobody there’s good business and bad business and there’s a way to be fair to people and do good business for return customers apparently this company hasn’t figured that out yet
Our fridge went out last night! They were able to get to it this morning and we are up and running! Awesome response time and awesome service!
