always 100% happy- but you might have to make frequent calls I have used CH for 3 custom pieces now and have LOVED each one. I shopped around and compared them to bigger jewelery stores... CH was actually referred to me when I asked for more font options by a larger jeweler. At Things Remembered, the item I wanted was going to cost me near $100. Absolutely Gorgeous! I recently purchased diamonds from CH Jewelers and had a ring designed. It is absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend them to everyone. They listen to what you want and create it just for you. If you want something special for yourself or someone else, tell everyone this is the jeweler for you.

If you have an vague idea of what you want ..Tom will work with you until the piece you were dreaming about is a reality. His prices are great too! The personal attention is priceless. He is not only your friend in the jewelry business but your prince charming!

Great business I have been a client of Toms for at least 10 years. The quality of his work and selection are outstanding. Im always amazed that whenever I need something unique I look at all the large stores and seldom find anything that stands out, I see Tom and Garth and ALWAYS find something that gets my attention and more importantly gets the reaction I want fron my wife.
