The PERFECT ring! Tom is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He is very good at guiding you through the whole experience. My engagement ring is absolutely perfect - the design is fantastic (I have my fiance partly to thank for that), and the craftsmanship is amazing. Cost is similar to other places and we always try to support small business owners. I would recommend C H Jeweler to anyone!!
Awesome! I had an excellent experience. Tom redesigned my wedding ring completely and the result far exceeded my expectations. He kept me in the loop at every stage and delivered the rings when promised. I get a ton of compliments. I have been back with different items since and always had an excellent outcome. His staff also is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will keep going back.
BEWARE! While C H Jeweler may produce fine products, they are not speedy. I put in an order for two sets of wedding bands at the beginning of June and here I am at the end of August with no rings. I will frequently contact the company and am given the run around or told to wait until the next week for results. My wedding is the second week of October, and frankly I am tired of waiting!!! Happy Happy Happy I have had several rings designed by Tom and they are beautiful and completly unique. Quality takes time and the time it takes Tom to work his magic, to take your idea, to take your stones you may already have, and to put them in to something that you can hold and wear, is completely worth it. A Must for Custom Jewelry! C H Jeweler Engraver is a must for any type of custom jewelry work. Tom is outstanding at pulling it all together. Try them out for that one-of-a-king piece. They were recently rated as "Best in Indy" by Indianapolis Monthly. Trust me...you will not be disappointed with the results.
Excellent Ring I went to Tom for an engagement ring without my fiance's knowledge. Tom was great at giving advice on the diamonds and design; while at the same time listening to my opinions on the style I thought my fiance would like. BEWARE - Rude & Difficult I left a group of antique trophies to be hand engraved. This would have been a large and expensive piece of business for them. After several weeks of waiting for word on progress, I inquired by email and by phone. I simply inquired about completion date and asked if I could have everything back by a certain time.
