Service department has the worst customer service. Used to be a good service department but after the turn over is has gone down hill. I will not buy another vehicle from C F Schwartz again...
Called about a motor mount bracket was told I must put a down payment on the bracket and if it’s the wrong one I am not allowed to return it. Because “That’s how it goes” Horrible customer service. Rather go to a scrap yard.
I bought a new Toyota Tacoma from C.F. Schwartz yesterday. My salesman Mark was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, upfront, honest and not pushy like a few other dealers I had visited. I would absolutely recommend Mark as well as C.F. Schwartz and I would definitely buy another car from them!
What an amazing experience. I always hate buying a car and this was the most enjoyable. Rich Hall is the man. Everyone was helpful supportive and super friendly. Though I wasn't planning to go car shopping, Mother Nature had other plans when she totaled my Camry. Even though I live in NJ, I have bought all of my cars from Brandt Chi and C.F.
