Battery issue under warranty on my Tacoma - advised today (Tuesday) they said they could get me in sometime next week? Now that is horrible customer service - can’t see me ever coming back for service! Drove to Koons Toyota in Easton and was in and out in 30 minutes! That is customer service.

The only positive I have about this dealership is the price on my truck, other than that the buying experience has been nothing but trouble. I purchased my truck on July 22, 2020, only after purchasing the truck was I told that the truck had not been detailed and I was owed a detail (I was told two days prior that it would be detailed before pickup). Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Took my truck to have it looked at 6 months ago they put dye in the oil told me to run it for a few thousand miles, did that took it back for them to diagnose it and fix it while I was on vacation and 2 weeks after vacation it’s finally fixed! I was unhappy with my service😞 I went to get a new keypad as mine was obviously broken. They claimed to not be able to program my old remote and that I needed a potentially 1000 additional service, not including another diagnostic for 131! AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME ALMOST 100 TO NOT PROGRAM MY REMOTE OR EVEN OFFER TO TRY AND PROGRAM NEW REMOTE THEY ORDERE FOR ME BUT I NEVER SAW! I have bought quite a few cars but this has been by far, the easiest, most smooth transaction and car sales experience I have ever had with a dealership. I didn’t wait for 4-5 hours, everything was processed immediately and approved with the first bank I requested-avoiding multiple hits on my credit report. Absolutely amazing and I love my car. I can’t thank Bob and the rest of the dealership enough.
stop ripping people off with your high prices for product and labor. your estment was 1350 for some thing that cost me 150.00. yep, won't be even changing my oil there any more. lost a customer who was going to your business for the last 5 yrs. I will be buying a 2017 truck in the fall, you lost out on this sale. Oh, others will also know how you over charged also.
Excellent experience with our recent used vehicle purchase . Friendly informative staff that took care of us quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended this dealership again !
