Worst service, product, company I've ever dealt with – We are still working to get our carpet RE-INSTALLED because they put in a house full of carpet that did not have the stain guard that we ordered and paid for. The manager, Keith has been rude which doesn't surprise me since I talked to a manager, Ray, in the Dallas office and she was very rude. This has been on-going since 9/07. Horrible place to do business – From my experience I would recommend shopping somewhere else, I wish I would have. Overpriced, horrible customer service after the sale. Installers were under the influence of illegal substance. Installers tried to keep the leftovers and were annoyed when i ask them to leave it with me. Appointments were not kept. I could go on and on with the bad and not one good thing to say about this company.

Great Company – Great fast service. Professional installation, very knowledgable sales person, reasonable prices, would certainly recommend this company to my friends and family
Very satisfied customers! – We had a very smooth sale and installation with this company. The salesman was very professional, and the installers were polite and efficient. The cost was very competitive, and we are 110% satisfied with our carpet and tile purchase. People only seem to write reviews when things are bad and not often enough when they have good experiences and I think that is why CC Carpet does not have better reviews. I give them two thumbs up!!
Disappointment – Un-professional carpet installer! Too much Glue. Need to hire a better carpet install.
BEWARE – VERY POOR installation as carpet was not stretched, they used many pieces gluegunned together and caught installer taking whole pieces home with him instead of using them. Manager threatened us when problems were brought up and manager was unwilling to correct problems and rude. Female owner was just as rude and unhelpful, and we were supposed to have lifetime warranty. We would not let them carpet our dog house let alone our home!
