Home of the one guy team – Very pricey for the attitude and mis-management of schedule and teams. There is no team, at least not anymore. Save yourself some money and go to Home Depot and pick up supplies and one guy. Who cares how long it takes? Everyone loves on-going construction in their home, especially with children. I would not recommend their services in the future.
The WORST "company" We Have Ever Dealt With! – Honestly, We Do Not Recommend you use this company for your carpet! From our experience we would recommend shopping somewhere else, we wish we would have. Terrifble Installation, Overpriced, Horrible customer service after the sale. We were supposed to have an installation crew, but only ONE guy showed up in an old pickup. Very pleased customer I'm very impressed with CC Carpet. They did great work. They came to my home and gave me a Free estimate and from the time the salesrep walked in the door I was very comfortable. I'm single and live by myself and do not like people in my home that I do not know and they were very respectful of my space. I was very unsure what I wanted to do in my kitchen and bathrooms. check the measurements! – Had them come out to estimate a small room. They refused to leave a copy of the estimate. They would only leave sq footage & total cost on a business card. This rang some alarm bells so I went back and measured the room. They padded the sq. footage by 25% ( 312 sq. ft. vs. 250 sq. ft.) This is huge since we were looking at $6 sq. ft carpet! They also say "cost of everything is included" but when estimator arrived, said would charge extra for $54 extra for old carpet removal & $50 to move a flat file... read more
My house needed a change – I decided that my house needed a change and I wasn't excatly sure what I wanted to do or who I wanted to go with. I had serveral quotes and decided to go with the best company. I went with CC Carpet because I heard great things about them from my neighbors and coworkers. The people at CC Carpet were great. Highly Recommended – I called for a free at home estimate and they were able to come out the very next day and then install the carpet the next day. I have a lot of rent houses and I was needing carpet in a hurry when the tenants left unexpectedly and the home in a wreck. The customer service at Cc Carpet was great. Our salesman was on the phone with the office making arrangments and getting everything finalized while at our home and doing everything he could to help us out when we were in a time crunch. I'd advise looking for someone else for flooring needs. They do so so in scheduling installation work and coordinating its completion. But after the warranty ran out on our engineered wood flooring, we found out they discontinued that model and they weren't too interesting in helping further with needed repairs caused by water damage in our house. They sent out a fellow for $65 who didn't want to return and do the repair work (too busy). They had little leverage or interest in helping with any custumer service at that point.... read more
Granite Countertops! Love them! – I recently had new granite countertops installed by CC Carpet. From the initial review of our needs, through the measuring and installation process, CC Carpet's team performed above our expectations. In the end, we are amazed at the transformation of our home and the beauty that has been brought to it by CC Carpet. We are now in love with our kitchen. We would like to pass along our recommendation to those who may not know first hand what a great job CC Carpet does.
