RecommendedI dropped my car at 3-C Body Shop after I was hit in a parking garage while I was out shopping. The other driver was honest enough to leave her info on my windshield. 3-C had my car for about 3 weeks but they fought for me against the insurance company who wanted to go the cheap route on everything. 3-C kept me informed every step of the way and my car looked great when it was all over.
Three-c was very easy to work with. They helped me throughout my whole process.
Great work as always. Maybe not the fastest but that’s fine by me. Rather have it fixed right than fast
Absolutely horrible customer service. I submit a mobile estimable and they never get it. I call and they state as much. I indicate that I need the estimate for my attorney and they then refuse to move forward with me. They don’t want to get called to court they say. They say they’re sure another body shop would get me an estimate. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. What’s even more funny is that they tried to give me legal advice and my response is that I’ll listen to my lawyer. What a joke of a place.
Three-C was excellent! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Three-C. I dropped my vehicle off, and Paula assured me everything would be okay and not to worry. I worried, bc I didn’t want any outrageous bills. Matt said Three-C was representing me to make sure repairs were done correctly when dealing w/ my insurance company. they are horrible to deal with. can not get them to email you back (I've email kevin 2 times and he will not respond). they will tell you one thing on the phone but in the end it will end up being completely different. had mike at the chillicothe location tell me that he would settle with the insurance for what they would pay then waive the other fees. well that looks to be a lie. I will be stuck with money out of my pocket now. make sure you get everything in writing. I would never go to them again. the insurance over paid ... read more
We took our car there, after say they would fix it they kept it For 2 months, charged us $2900 for rent for keeping it, Then did not fix it! I would not recommend them for any repairs! Also they made me drive out to Briggs Avenue with a check for my deductible and then informed me that they didn’t take personal checks. An all together horrible experience! Nancy Mulick
Three-C dose work for the consumer and they fix it right the first time. they even cleaned my interior.
