RecommendedEasy to work with, the pink button really helped 3-c to find where my car was. I highly recommend them
1st repair by them was not good, left stress cracks on opposite side from forcing bumper back on, paint chipped, not lined up.. they said that I was in another accident and wanted them to fix others botched work. Took 2 months to get call back.. they admitted tech didn't note or show previous issues and said they would fix. 2nd time around, indents and chunks in fresh paint job they just did, still not aligned right. Too many mistakes, issues, and drama to recommend to anyone. HUGE let down for what their commercials say.
BETTER COMMUNICATION AN HAVE BETTER KNOWLEDGE OF PRICING
I hit a deer and had my car towed to Three-C. Thank you Three-C for the fast work in getting info back to my insurance company and getting the claim settled. Unfortunately it was a total loss but Three-C guided me through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.

The repair did take longer than expected due to an unresponsive insurance company. The damage was expertly repaired by Three C and I would recommend their shop if you want your car repaired correctly with OEM parts. I felt like I had an advocate in Three C and they were able to successfully negotiate a repair with the insurance companies involved. great service and knowledgeable staff. the insurance company wanted to go cheap and repair just the minimum using knock off parts. three c stood their ground and insisted on fixing properly and with OEM parts. in the end the vehicle was totalled but if it wernt for three c I would he driving a "fixed" car that isnt safe. thanks three c! also need to mention three c made sure my insurance covered everything. I only paid my deductible.
They did a fantastic job at keeping me updated with progress of the repairs. They gave me a loaner car and worked directly with the insurance company so it was painless on my side. Would certainly recommend them for quality, stress-free repairs.
Horrible customer service, will never use again.
