Please read this before considering Three C Body Shop for any repairs. I accompanied a friend of mine today as he was going to pick up his car. He had decided to take his car to a different shop after receiving a quote for $12000. I had some minor scrapes on my bumper from someone hitting my car. Three C provided an estimate of over $6K. The insurance company would only cover $3K. I requested to pick up my vehicle and find another shop that would accommodate the insurance rate. Three C charged me $750 in storage fees, from the day they received my car. That means, while they provide an estimate (3 days) and the insurance company visits to validate (4 days), and they work out the counter estimate, I am being charges approx $50 a day. JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY TRY TO BE CONTROLLING BUT IN FACT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & STAFF.
Worst customer service and take forever on the even the smallest of repairs. I wouldn’t go back if it was free.
This place has a very bad customer service, me and my boss went to get his corvette that they have had for little over a month, when they called us that the car was “ready” and we went to pick it up we got there the car is not ready, they had agreed on fixing a few extra things when we first dropped off the car and when we got there that stuff wasn’t fixed... so we had to wait another 2 weeks for a call from them saying ya we can’t fix the stuff we had promised to fix. 3C did a wonderful job on my car. they had my car for a rather long period Of time however the amount of damage done to my car was quite expensive but the time and care and patience in getting my car fixed right made all the difference in the world they were courteous professional and gave me information daily about how my car was being repaired they went well beyond what I feel any other stop would have done and I'm grateful for the fact that I took my car to them thank you so much 3C for the hard work you do
