Though the outcome was a well fixed vehicle, my experience was unfortunately, less than ideal. I had wrecked the right side of my vehicle Oct. 23rd and dropped it off two days later for repairs with Three C. I was initally told there was no expected finish date and that I could rent a vehicle through them. I did just that with my insurance policy covering 30 days of rental fee, thinking my vehicle repairs would be completed within the months time. Sorry for the delays , there were some circumstances beyond out control.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE , the biggest mistake of 2018 was taking my car to Three C for insurance claim, I took my Honda for 2nd estimate, Held my car, after deciding it would be total loss , until insurance check cleared while charging $40 a day storage! Plus they charge document fees to write up repair estimate & take photos- most shops do this as part of service. I end up paying out of my pocket,my Insurance will not cover, The run around they give to make you think the insurance company is out to get you is a cover for... read more

Thanks Chris and good job on the file. Some customers can't be made happy. I followed this file also. The customer begs us to make sure it totals while insurer wants to repair a train wreck. We get it done. Then the insurer screws the customer because because they are pissed off that customer picked the only shop in the city that works for the customer and the customer turns on us . Unless this guy apologizes he goes on the list. (The no future repairs list. )
RecommendedI want to thank the staff at Three-C shops for their helpful assistance concerning my recent accident. My car was hit while parked and the insurance company representing the driver estimated the damage far below what would have been needed to return my car to a safe condition. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. They spent more time making me go through different hoops than trying to be helpful. Worst decision I made was to use them for my claim.

I was kept in the loop during the entire process even though it was a bit timely due to the strings with my insurance. They were very understanding when they heard of my situation and my car looks brand new!!

Three C did a great job of communicating with me during all steps of the process. Unfortunately, my car was deemed a total loss but I chose 3C because I knew they would take the appropriate steps to ensure the inspection would be top notch. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful.

The insurance company was demanding that I have my car repaired at their "preferred" shop or they would not pay. Three C was so helpful dealing with the insurance company and got the job done! As always Three C saves the day. 😊
