Unethical. Unscrupulous. I will never use them again. I am reporting to the Ohio attorney generals consumer complaint division. My first estimate done by them; $624. The second estimate was $3500. Bait and switch if they were a retail business. Then when I called foul due to the obviously padded, exorbitant second estimate, and said I did not want them to do the work, they tried extortion. They were amazing with taking care of all my questions and needs. They had everything done and wrapped up in a timely manner. I needed extra time to get my car and they didn’t even charge me a storage fee. I have no complaints

Do NOT take your car to the Lewis Center 3C body shop. Chris Orecchio does not care about his customers. Cars are not repaired to satisfaction.
Three C exceeded my expectations when I picked up my car. The follow up calls to ensure that I was happy after the fact were much appreciated!
