Three-C walked me through the process of getting my car repaired. Explained their estimate compared to insurance adjusters estimate. Handled coordination with rental car and kept me up to date and answered all my questions.

Three-C does not work for the insurance company but works for you the customer. The insurance company covering my accident didn’t want to use original manufactured parts in my original quote to save money. As well they didn’t want to cover the total cost of the rental car as my car was “drivable” until the parts came in. Three-C went to work for me with the insurance company and got my car fixed right and the rental covered in full with no out of pocket from me. They had gotten my car in right away and helped me get it there when I wasn’t able to drive it. The staff is super nice and very helpful! I’ve been here a couple times now and never have been disappointed.
They did a good job keeping me informed and when I would call and leave a voicemail within 30 minutes they were returning my call. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were able to answer all my questions
Repeat customer at Three-C. Took less than a week for car to deemed a total loss - great service with insurance.
