Three C did a great job fixing my Cadillac ATS! It looks better than before my accident!

Our car was there for 5 months. Every time we went to go pick it up there was an issue with it being from dripping clear coat to scratches on the freshly painted car mismatched color bumpers Hood misaligned gas tank door not fixed on and on and on. Like everyone else, have heard the Three-C commercials for years. Finally had a reason to have to try them. What an outstanding experience from front to finish. Every step of the process was professional, timely and compassionate. It was most obvious that all associates...regardless of position or pay scale....followed the same mantra and executed at a very high level. Although I hope I never have to use them again, but it not because they didn't do a great job! Many sincere thanks to all involved in my transaction!

Unfortunately my husband and I have had to use 3C a couple times the past few years and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with getting the repairs done that we needed. I love that they are the ones that handle all the back and forth with the insurance company and I don't have to be a middle man between the two. Hoping I don't have to use them again, but if I have auto body issues they are the only ones I will call. Thanks 3C. My car looks like nothing ever happened.

I would like to say life can be hectic and on fast pace and my experience with Three C Body Shop was extremely positive and hassle free. And as I dropped my car off in the pouring rain and was given an umbrella to use to keep dry. a rental car and a NO worry hassle they handled all the insurance and called me and text me details of every turn of events. Addendum: 3 C manager reviewed my file and agreed the charge was excessive and they apologized for my experience and are reimbursing the $80 I paid. They made the effort to make things better. Thank you. Original: They gave me a ridiculous time frame of 2 weeks to repair scratched paint. I decided to withdraw my car since I couldn't pay for 2 weeks of a rental car and they charged me $80 to get my car back.
