My name is Duane Miller, and I was pleased with my overall experience with Three C. I just wish there had been more transparency regarding the vetting process leading up to the total loss. I received a somewhat vague email when I inquired about why it was taking so long. I didn't find out that my car was a total loss until I reached out to my insurance company. This is the second car that I have had repaired by 3C and the workmanship was amazing again. I have never had any issues with the repairs and 3C dealt with the insurance and everything that goes along with an accident. I have had other vehicles repaired at other shops and found defects after the repairs were made, but I have never found anything wrong after 3C completed repairs.

If Hitler, Stalin, Mao Zedong and Pol Pot all came back to life and crashed their cars into one another, I would definitely recommend Three-C Body Shop to them. For anyone else, however, no one deserves the razor-wire-lined-overfilled-septic-tank-swim that is the Three-C Body Shop experience. In the name of all that is holy, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. First Off, I want to Thank you 3C for your professional and expert team members. We called after two of our company vans got hit during that ice storm, you had them on a tow truck within 2 hours of my call. You kept us informed and communicated everything in a professional, timely & clear manner. Although both vehicles were a total loss, I'm sure if their work is anything like their customer service, they are top notch.

My truck was involved in an accident and after I had gotten it fixed I took it to three-c body shop for a second opinion I dropped the truck off on Thursday and by Friday I alredy got a call back from three-c they told me things I would never even think to look at i was supprised at how many things they found that would cost me in the long run and after everything was said and done they gave me a list of things about what to do since my truck got totaled out which helped me a bunch 100% recommend three-c
