This was my first experience with a body shop. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was able to get a rental car through Three C. Insurance ended up totaling out my car, but Three C continued to be very helpful by cleaning out my car when I was out of town and gathering all of my belongings and storing them until I returned. The folks over at Three-C did a great job on my. It looks brand new again, which it was before I was crashed into. The services they offer are out of this world from having their own rental cars to just making sure you always in the know about your vehicle means so much during the trying time of getting your vehicle fixed. This was my first time working with Three C. Someone rear ended me and they were there helping me from the initial estimate on. They put any worries to rest for me and did an awesome job with my repair. They also worked directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to deal with all of that. The people were nice.

I had to get a fender fixed on my Jetta and asked for quotes from several places. I decided on Three-C Body Shop. I was very impressed with both the professional treatment and the speed of their work. The front desk was incredibly polite and helped me through the paperwork. The team working on the car finished sooner than expected and I was kept informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Three-C Body Shops.

Had an issue with the length of time it took for my repair but the owner reached out to me immediately to discuss. Great personal touch. You may experience a longer repair but they have a fleet of their own rentals (vs those places that make you work it out yourself) and I didn't get any hassles from my insurance company. The longer repair time is because they get it right.
