After having an issue with a lifetime warranty on a repair, Kevin the general manager took the time to make things right. I appreciate his follow up very much so!
Having an accident, especially when you are not at fault, is very troubling, inconvenient, time consuming etc etc.. What a hassle. Even my insurance company was difficult (yep, uninsured motorist), but I then reached out to Three C. Everything became easy. They took care of everything and it was hassle free. The repair was done right and looks great. Awesome customer service!!

As most people would expect a hassle to deal with the body shop with an insurance claim, but Three C handled it all. It was a piece of mind known they had my best interest and to make sure things were going to be repaired correctly. I would recommend Three C, make your life easier! Thanks, John Thomas

I had my 2014 Chevy Malibu repaired at Three C. Al was great to work with so helpful as I had to wait for the insurance company to get the repairs started. Then Dave at the body shop kept me informed all along the way as the repairs and additional estimates were completed and waiting for the insurance company to send the money. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anybody.

I have found that when folks do not reply that it is quite likely that they are somehow affiliated with insurers and hate on Three-C for that reason. We have problems sometimes like all companies and we take care of them. Many of the bad reviewers do not even show a repair order in out computer system. We just call them "haters" since they watch us uncover the thing insurers do to try to cheat our customers and just want to make us look bad.......sad.
There's no other way to say it...getting in an auto accident sucks! I was prepared for the worst case scenario: Having to wait for an appointment to have my car looked at for an estimate. Having to drop off my car for repairs and get a ride to the car rental. Going back and forth with the other person's insurance company to get my SRX fixed right.
