Located in a rather nondescript building, the C-Bar is a modern bar perfectly suited to start or end an evening out on town. The drink menu focuses on craft cocktails mixed with top-shelf liquors for delectable concoctions. In the summer months, smokers flock to the deck in back while those with laptops often sit out front, taking advantage of the free WiFi. Though appetizers and panini are available, many simply sip drinks while waiting for their names to be called for the tiny sushi bar next door. Kids are allowed in till ... read more

Bad Bar, Bad Service – Bleah! Waited forever for a drink, even though they were almost empty. Woman behind the bar was slow and kind of rude. We left after one drink.
Harley007 was asked to leave for lack of proper ID. – I was in the bar at the time of Harley007's visit, as I was in almost the entire evening enjoying the free WIFI. He or his guest were unable to provision proper ID as required by OLCC law. He was being so rude, even though the bartender is doing what the state of Oregon requires of her, that the bartender asked him and his guest to leave unless they both had their ID. He continued his rant to the degree that she then called Yoko's to warn them about him coming over for di... read more
Love it! – Great atmopsphere, service, & staff. I highly recommend checkin it out. If you're burritohead like myself then you should try their chicken burrito....my personal fav.
Don't Bother, horrible customer service – Rudest bar-tender in Portland. Woman was Sarcastic and nasty from moment we walked in the door. I understand why it was almost empty. We left without even ordering a drink, and had a lovely dinner at the restaurant next-door (Yoko?s) instead. P.S. Response to 'landsolo' : We are both in our early 40's and had our ID's, your either thinking of someone else (this kind of horrible staff behavior must happen a lot at C-bar) or you are an employee trying to cover up for poor behavior.
cushy, with groove tracks and rock star tenders – let me count the ways... one; borrow a net-flix movie then bring it back and no one is the wiser. two; the salads and nosh made by Jen...oooola-ka-chinga.. yummy. three; beers that put you on your lips...and are mighty tasty to boot. four; IZZY+vodka five; mood lighting makes me giddy
See the C Bar – Nice atmosphere, friendly staff but sometimes you may have to chase down the servers to refill you drink when they get busy. Yummy sake, Ms PacMan, and great rotating art.
A cool, modern lounge draws Yoko's sushi fans to Southeast Gladstone for nibbles and drinks. – In Short Decorated with mod lighting, a granite bar with ergonomic bar stools, local artists' work and a Ms. Pac-Man video game, this small outpost feels more like Soho than "edge-of-the-universe" Gladstone. A small patio caters to smokers, while clean-air advocates breathe easy indoors. Though attracting mostly those waiting for a table at Yoko's next door, a hip 30-something crowd hangs out to the sound of live music and DJs four... read more
