RPM Pittsburgh is the most professional, understanding, and responsive property management company I have delt with in all my years in the Pittsburgh market. They really know how business is supposed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.
RPM is absolutely the worst service to ever rent from. Never on time with anything. Also creates a one sided lease that they believe the tenant should be held accountable for yet never holding themselves accountable for their end of the bargain. Black mold on property yet continued to keep our security deposit. Was lied to about when refund checks regarding rent we didn’t have to pay would be sent out and I am still without one 2 weeks after supposedly having mailed it to me. Terrible!!!! they agree to fix things and never do, we found black mold in our town home and we didn’t get our deposit back after bringing it to their attention and wanting to move out. I would never recommend using RPM.. was a nightmare and I was only there for 3 months. It takes them days to reply to emails about anything you need.
