This one Star is not for Dr. Cook, this one star is for the OAA booking booking department which scheduled me for Dr. Cook who is a foot specialist when I made an appointment regarding my shoulder. This one star represents a -5 star. Very irresponsible and I can't expect better from OAA as their administration is an unorganized disaster who think they can treat people with apologies.
