The staff helped me look for and find the perfect gift for my wife for Christmas. They understood I didn’t know much about jewelry and were very patient and helpful. Gave me a military discount too! Over wonderful experience. I will be coming back.
Since fingers do increase in size as we age, and since my wedding band is a continuous design, it had been several years since I was able to wear my band and engagement ring. I had taken them to another jeweler who told me there was nothing that could be done. So, I put them away and tried not to think about it. I took in a rose gold wedding ring, to do a customization with my grandmothers wedding ring. My expectations were beyond met, the setting was matched perfect! This store and staff are a treat to work with, and will be back in the future! Thank you for the attention to detail and phenomenal craftsmanship.
I went in on Saturday, May 6th and had a horrible experience. The lady that spoke to me was rude, and condescending and couldn't even bother to finish swallowing her food prior to attempting to answer my questions. There were two ladies in the store and the older woman behind the desk was very nice and helpful, however that cannot be said for the other lady. I will never come back here again.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Bought a Beautiful bracelet and had it engraved the next day!
Excellent customer service. I had a specific setting in mind for my gemstone and Staci had to do a lot of research to find one that would fit my stone. It turned out to be better than I had imagined. Due to my work schedule, Mr. Byrnes opened up his store during non working hours just so that I could pick up my ring. I am very happy with the service and my ring.
