I usually don’t give reviews but the service department at Byrider in Muncie did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to fix my vehicle despite the busyness of the holiday season. I could not have had a better experience with the team there. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you guys!

J.D. Byrider went above and beyond this week to help with all my issues, and I have an appointment monday to fix in minor issues with the car. They did not treat me like a sale. They treated me like a Human. 100% recommend! I'm so very greatful!!!!!
