Very bad experience. The financial woman made us feel judged and critiqued everything on our credit. I left feeling worse than coming in. She was extremely unprofessional and had a lot of attitude. I been to many car dealerships where credit is looked at and felt good coming out but this lady made me feel like I’m screwed for the rest of my life. I chose jd byrider becuz credit isn’t suppose to judged but I was wrong.
