Friendly staff and they really helped us out of a rut. The only thing I don't like is the 0 day grace period. They can come get your car after only 24 hours late. But at least they tell you that upfront unlike GM Financial who put us in the rut to begin with.
Yes they did help me reistablish my credit but that is the only good thing. They are some really rude people there. I never missed a payment. Yes I was late but never missed a payment. They would call me almost every day. I will not be back. And hope none of my friends or family ever has to deal with them.
