Went to the dealership last Monday to get a car. They said they had to get the car from another car lot in Monroe. The salesman said he had not received information on the car I was getting but the other car lot said he sent it three times, so when I told the salesman that at J.D. Byrider, he accused me of calling him a liar. I called everyday until Friday. I still have not received a call back and they did not get me into a car. I had to go to a new dealership. RecommendedThey help me get car but the only thing I didn’t like bout them is my plates are not in yet after the 60 days tag expired they said the can’t give another one I’m still waiting on them they want give me reasons why there late all they keep telling me is that they will pay ticket An other thing I didn’t like is oil change is $10 only on first one after that regular price
At first everything was going well, but they recently sold my account to another auto loan financing company. They collected a payment on the same day and I received a letter in the mail shortly afterwards stating that they had sold my account and would forward my payment to the new owner. I bought my car here and have been in the shop more than on the road. They knew my car was a piece of s*** and not once did they say anything.......THESE PPL ARE HEARTLESS AS HELL!!!!! They want my money but keep just peicing my car together...$$$ 22,000 car
Haven't been yet but where it says SHOP NOW-i always get unsafe site go back-up I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I sure would like to see what's on their lot.
