Hi I have gotten a car from jd byrider twice. Once in Charleston and now in Greenville. Gotten a ******* ******* ****from them back in July. I had to get the chorco cannister replaced because it's hard to put gas in it. They lied never fixed anything because it had the same problems. This dealership is really slack I bought a car from here in January and now I’ve had it towed back to the dealership 3 times because my wheel was locking up and my car would overheat. JD Byrider sold me a car without doing an inspection or pulling a carfax report showing the prior accident it was in. Ive dumped thousands of dollars into the van and had work done at their mechanic shop after the radiator and engine failed. They were supposed to put a new radiator and engine in it. I am experiencing the same thing broken car and paying to fix it and then paying them more dude this is the people I trust and give my money to to get nothing in return but I'm sure all the work I put into my car will be on my dime not there's. If i could add a ZERO STAR i would . the first time going to this business , i was denied a vehicle because i wasnt on my job long enough and i didnt have enough money down . They false advertise on vehicles . As of today 11/16/23 i was denied a vehicle again even with being on my job 90 days and having a thousand dollars down . this was the first time purchasing a vehicle from a car dealer and i can honestly say Tyler at Byrider in Roanoke VA was very helpful and friendly and efficient and professional with going over the paperwork with me and Tyler and the Manager made sure i understood everything. i give 5 Stars to Byrider and there Employees. Worst car experience I ever had. Engine fail 3x no help no offer on new car
This carlot take advantage of folks! Not only did they give me a car with a very bad break booster, but they are very unprofessional! Theyre rude (especially the manager ******** or whatever her name is). They dont care that they are putting your life in great danger but will harass you for your carnote, even when youre on time for every carnote! This company NEEDS to be closed down!
