purchased a vehicle last March. after two months the engine is now slapping. called and made an appt this past January as the noise has been getting worse and worse. the service center "listened" to it and blamed it on a fuel injector. he didn't even open the hood. he said " we don't fix noises". what's the point to purchase their extended warranty for over $2000 if you won't even open the hood! service person scott is beyond rude.
