Went in to look at a car a dodge challenger to be exact and was told until we filled out a credit app we couldn’t see the car because it was a higher priced car first off what kind of dealer wont let you look at a car before you fill out an app oh i know a joke of a dealer who only wants to put you into a junk over priced 10 year old car that breaks down all the time your business is a joke and you lost a sale today as i also would never recommend your place for someone to go to buy anything.

I worked with Jake and Jeanette tonight, and I had a WONDERFUL experience. I have a lot of student loan debt, and my credit is not stellar. But, I was welcomed and ended up leaving with a great vehicle. I read reviews on here prior to going into J.D. Byrider, and I was extremely nervous to even entertain the idea. But I didn’t have another choice, and had to give it a go. If I can recommend one thing, it’s to step foot into this dealership and give it a chance. Service and attitude was A+. I 100% would give them 5 stars.
Highly recommend. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and a great program to get you into a nice quality vehicle and help repair your credit. A+++
