I wish I could give them no stars! I was looking to buy a new car however the experience that I am hearing about from former buyers is unbelievable on how they treat people. One of the current buyers i work with and all day everyday he is on the phone with them trying to figure out issues. JD Byrider is not willing to help out at all. Pretty much saying "screw you." Not a place I will take my business.
When we first got our car they were telling us all the 'perks' one of them being $5 oil change at any jd byrider car lot. We moved and made an appointment for one. They weren't going to cover it! They were gonna make us pay the whole cost. When we called to complain about it they lied and said we never said that! The car lot we went to said they'd pay for it if their customer went to another lot. But this store won't after telling us they would! They are a bunch of liars
JD Byrider is a wonderful place. They explained everything very well, and was very kind. I got a car I can afford, that I love. Thank you to Ms. Ollie and JD Byrider.
