I wish I could give zero stars. We went in a couple days ago we wanted one car and just that one well we gave all our info to them the guy was nice that did it then the budget guy came to get us we had 2 children we wanted both in the room he wouldn't let my 11 year old daughter he kept saying no to MY CHILD I sat in the chair staring at her as she sat. I recently got a vehicle here for myself and my family and we love it! The whole process went very smooth, and I recommend this place to everyone! Super friendly and Knowledgeable staff!!!
The lady we dealt with was rude. I was trying to go in with my fiancé for the budget since we live together and I do the budget, but the lady would not allow me to go and made me wait outside the office. Just unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
They treat you well, the respect they give is amazing. I would recommend everyone to go here!! They had fixed my car today and it was fast and also explained to me what was wrong with it and what they did.. Fast friendly service I will from now on get my cars from here!!! Just got a Hyundai Santa Fe Suv from them. Love it. I thought the staff was wonderful, polite and funny. They worked with us and made us feel very comfortable.
The place is Boo boo u sit there for 3 hours waiting for nothing talking about my pass credit history from 7 years ago smdh then gonna have nerve to ask how much cacan u put down its a gimmick
