For the love of God do not do business with them they are horrible! They will tell you anything to get a sell! Their service department never actually fixes anything! If you have something come up say your out of work or anything for a short time they pretty much say screw you pay up or else!!!!
Mike helped us today! He was fun and considerate! It was raining but he was more than happy to assist us! Got me in a beautiful car and it was an easy process! Thanks Mike and all the other Byriders!
J.D. Byrider has left us stranded once again. We are on the side of the road for the millionth time in the past 2 days. We told them it needed a new transmission but they insisted that it didn't. We are very disappointed in them and we will get out of this as soon as possible. Our salesman was awesome and he really cares about the customers but the service department is another story
